Actions: 1) offering 'outsourcing business representation' services in Saint Petersburg; 2) recruiting sales representative according to client’s specification; 3) creating a marketing and promotion strategy aiming to activate distributors; 4) monitoring and control of implementation.
Result: 60% increase in exports to Russia within the first year and further 40% on year 2.
